Marvin Meiendresch is a filmmaker from Berlin. Born in 1987 in Cologne, raised in Aachen, his first project triggered a grand scale operation by the police, who suspected a killing spree on the school yard. After numerous internships, amongst others at camera rental ARRI Munich, he has worked as video operator and later clapper loader for cinema productions since 2009, such as “Freche Mädchen 2”, “Lolipop Monster”, “Die Relativitätstheorie der Liebe” and TV productions such as “Tod in Istanbul” and “Polizeiruf 110: Raubvögel”. In addition to his Bachelor studies in Cultural Studies about the hero`s journey in German road movies, he graduated from the Kaskeline-Filmakademie Berlin with his film “The Treatment”. Furthermore he is an auditing student at the Filmuniversität Babelsberg and the Freie Universität Berlin.
